Here are a few of our most frequently asked questions:

How do we pay for the vehicle rental?

A 10% reservation deposit is required to secure the reservation (this is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the collection time). The remainder of the payment (90% of the quote price)is made by credit card when you collect the car at Malaga Airport.

Can we pay by cash?

It is possible for Groups B,C & D, but you will be required to leave a cash deposit of 400€.

What is CDW insurance?

The basic insurance policy is 3rd/theft party with an excess figure. If your car is damaged or stolen you will be liable for the excess amount, with the amount depending on the vehicle type. CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) Insurance is an optional insurance which protects you in the event of damage to your hire car or theft of the car i.e. you do not have to pay the excess figure. The cost is 6€/day. (see Terms & Conditions for more details).

How do we collect the car (Malaga Airport collection)?

A representative of the rental company will meet you in the Malaga Airport Arrivals area. They will transport you to the rental car collection point which is about a minutes drive from Arrivals.

Can we take the car into Portugal?

Yes. There is no additional charge for driving into Portugal.

Do I need a baby seat or a booster seat?

Let us know the childs weight if you are unsure, and we will advise.

Can we have a discount for booking more than 1 car?

We do provide discounts for multiple bookings and regular clients.

Will the prices be lower if we book early?

For busy periods e.g. Easter, Summer Holidays, prices are likely to increase if you leave your booking until the last minute.

What is the price in English Pounds?

This will be calculated by the credit card company, based on the exchange rate on the day the car is paid for.
