For a quieter holiday, Nerja to the east and Mijas with its pretty whitewashed houses offer more tranquility.

Malaga in winter has similar temperatures to spring in the UK, but with a lot more sunshine, so winter is an excellent time to explore the city of Malaga in comfortable temperatures.
